Join OCC world history Professor Emeritus, Dennis Fiems as he discusses the failure to come to a quick resolution in this program scheduled on the 100 year anniversary of the U.S. entry into WWI. This is a follow-up to the fall program “The Shot that Killed Millions” but previous attendance is not required.
