This talk will cover specific strategies that parents and other caregivers can use to encourage cooperative behavior in their young children. These strategies will focus on how and when parents should communicate with their children to help them learn appropriate behaviors. Dr. Katherine Tennant is a Limited Licensed Psychologist and a Postdoctoral Fellow at Michigan Medicine. She practices in pediatric primary care and works with children, teenagers, and their families to cope with common behavioral issues.
