IRS & State of Michigan Tax Forms

Chelsea District Library receives a limited amount of Federal and State 1040 Income Tax Forms. These tax forms can be found next to the 2nd floor elevator beginning late January to early February. If you require other forms they can be copied by asking a librarian. Online versions of the forms can be found by visiting the IRS and State of Michigan websites.

To access Bluebird:
1. Download the Bluebird app from App Store or Google Play.
2.  Enter your email, and a password you want to use for the app. Be sure to check the box next to “I am an institutional user and have a PIN code.”
3.  Use pin code CHDL. It is not case sensitive.
4. After you input the code, click the button to create an account.
